Jake moved with his family to the Centennial community 21 years ago and lives in the home where his mother Tracy grew up. In 2007 he joined CCRA as the youth representative to get involved in the community and community events
Currently he is an event planning consultant with his company – Jake Forsyth Consulting as well as working with Westbury National Show Services, Big Bang Promotional Products and Services (Ontario Sales Representative) and Event Staff with Main Event Fun.
Free time is enjoyed cheering on the Toronto Marlies and Toronto Argo’s as a season ticket holder.
Jake also keeps busy with other organisations including planning committee chair for Port Union Winterfest, Scouts Canada as Deputy Council Youth Commissioner and scouter with CCRA sponsored 2nd Highland Creek Scouts. Jake recently joined scouts from across Canada that planted trees at the Vimy Memorial in France.
