Kathy is the communications chair for the CCRA.   After earning a journalism degree at Ryerson University, Kathy worked as a writer and editor for various publications.  She also worked at the Toronto Public Library for many years, retiring recently as a writer and educator in the business department of the North York Reference Library.

Having been raised in the Scarborough Bluffs neighbourhood and then moving with her family to Centennial in 1994, Kathy is familiar with the issues affecting Scarborough’s waterfront communities.   She believes that “information is power” and hopes to foster vibrancy in our beautiful, friendly Centennial neighbourhood.

In her spare time, Kathy loves to read, travel, curl and study astrology.
