Deepest sorrow at the passing of Queen Elizabeth II
Happy fall! I hope you all have had a wonderful summer. Throughout the month of August, I was at the Ontario Legislature and was working alongside the government to outline a plan to build Ontario. I look forward to continuing to share details on how we can continue working for you.
Historic Reign of Queen Elizabeth II
It is with the deepest sorrow that we learned of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, our longest reigning monarch who has served our country and the entire Commonwealth for over 70 years.
Throughout her historic reign, Queen Elizabeth II was a constant in the life of our country and a stable head of state for nearly half of Canadian history. She was a model of public service and universally respected for her sense of duty. She acted so faithfully as a symbol of law and order, a safeguard of democracy and freedom, and a source of continuity in government. She was the ideal head of state and we will miss her presence dearly.
However, the continuity of our constitutional monarchy remains, and my colleagues and I take heart at the accession of His Majesty King Charles III as King of Canada. Ontarians remain deeply inspired by the Crown as a living embodiment of the common values that unite us all. I look forward to serving the Crown and therefore serving you as a humble servant of the people.

Boosters to Children Aged 5-11
As of September 1, parents and caregivers of children aged 5 to 11 were able to book an appointment for a pediatric COVID-19 booster dose at a recommended interval of at least six months following their most recent dose.
