Taylor Swift will not be coming to perform for our community this September, but a top-notch Taylor Swift Tribute band called Afterglow will be! So if you or someone you know is a “Swiftie,” this all-ages live concert is for you.
Afterglow is a five-piece band that has a lead female singer who can really kick it with the Taylor Swift tunes! The band formed in 2023 and has been busy with performances all over the Greater Toronto Area ever since.
Afterglow bass player and band manager RJ states: “We are experienced veterans of the Toronto music scene, and we can’t wait to make new friends as we continue to grow.”
This show will be held in the ballroom at the West Rouge Community Centre on Saturday, September 22 at 3:30 p.m., and it promises to attract the very young, the tweens and the teens. Arrive early and make some Swiftie friendship bracelets with your friends and neighbours. All the bracelet materials will be supplied.
