Jake joined the CCRA executive when he was in grade 8 at Joseph Howe (2006) as a youth rep and is an executive member at large helping with community events and behind the scenes tech support.
Jake has lived in the Centennial community most of his life and went to Centennial JP School.
Jake is the Chair of Port Union Winterfest Festival and has been on the Heritage Day and Port Union Waterfront Festival committees
Jake recently graduated from Niagara College and currently works for Scouts Canada as an Event Administrator, supporting Scouting groups on international adventures and large scale national events.
Jake has been a member of 2nd Highland Creek scouting group since 1998 and currently a member of the group committee and designed their website https://www.2hckscouts.ca/in-the-community/ .
Jake keeps himself busy with numerous volunteer community related activities, planning and organizing events for charities and non profit organizations and is a first aid instructor in his non existent free time.
