Denise Bacon Membership Chair

Membership in CCRA is only $15 per household each year. The membership fee helps to:

1. fund regular community events like Winterfest, the Spring Social, Earth Day,the Port Union Waterfront Festival and others.
2. make donations on behalf of members to worthy community causes like Tony Stacey Centre, scholarships, and Scouts.
3. advocate for the interests of the community on issues like the Highland Creek Treatment Plant, Port Union Road widening, Metrolinx and transit consultations, and the Rouge National Urban Park and the proposed waste treatment plant on Coronation Drive.
4. give our community a strong voice when politicians are making decisions that affect us. The greater the number of members, the stronger our voice. A strong voice will result in better decisions and services for all of us.
