Kathy is currently the CCRA President. She moved to Centennial in 1998, and volunteered on the parent council at Charlottetown Junior Public School and later at Joseph Howe Senior Public School before joining CCRA about 16 years ago. At community events such as Winterfest, the spring dinner dance or summer concerts and festivals, Kathy will be there helping out. She says, “It’s a very fulfilling feeling to see people benefit from what you’ve done.”

Kathy works part-time with Parks, Forestry and Recreation, City of Toronto, working out of recreation centres including Port Union.

In her spare time Kathy enjoys music, reading and taking nature walks with her dog Toby. “
