A by-election to fill the vacancy for Councillor Ward 25, Scarborough-Rouge Park is scheduled for Monday, September 29 (election day), with voting places open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Advance voting is September 20 and 21, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. by election
