We invited Centennial residents to join us at the CCRA’s executive meeting on March 5 to share their ideas for the vacant parcel of land on Bridgeport Drive. The land is owned by the TDSB and TCDSB, but neither school board has plans for it in the near future so they are open to the possibility of the community using the property.

Here is a list of the suggestions brought forward by some of the people who attended the meeting and others who filled out the form that was handed out:
Cricket pitch/field
Volleyball court
Natural playground
Disc golf
Dog park
Outdoor skating rink
Community garden – variations include native plants, fruit trees and plants, butterfly garden, pollinator garden
Multi-use park that would encompass many of the above suggestions.
